What results can I expect from the coaching & advising trajectory? (The Game Changer Package)

You can look forward to some game-changing results that'll boost your career (hence the name). Oke, sorry, I'll give you a proper answer: this program comes with 4 coaching sessions to help you figure out what's next when you feel utterly lost. We work on regaining your confidence, reconnecting with your values and mapping out what directions you'd like to go into.

The remaining 2 sessions are focused on making you more employable with personalized career advice, sprucing up your resume, prepping for interviews, and nailing your job search game.

In many cases, my clients end up wanting to quit corporate altogether and start their own gig. That's also cool! If after the coaching session we conclude that that's more like your path, we will work on getting you ready for your entrepreneurial adventure.

Do you work with clients who need visa sponsorship?

Accepted Answer

I do! But just like with jobseekers outside the NL, it’s a tougher climb. Some companies are open to sponsoring, but many aren’t—so expectations need to be real. If you’re up for the challenge, I’ve got your back!

What's the difference between coaching & advising?

Accepted Answer

Simply put: coaching is asking questions, while advising is providing some wisdom.

In more detail, coaching is a collaborative process where I ask thought-provoking questions to help you uncover your own insights and solutions. It’s about guiding you to think deeply about your goals and challenges, so you can arrive at answers that truly resonate with you.

Advising, on the other hand, is where I bring my expertise to the table. I provide information, insights, and the pros and cons of different options, helping you make informed decisions that align with your needs.

One of the biggest misconceptions about coaching is that a coach tells you what to do. A good coach never does that—because no one else can possibly know what’s best for you better than you do.

I'm not based in the NL yet. Can you still help me?

Yep, I’ve worked with jobseekers who aren’t in the NL (yet). That said, keep in mind that success rates tend to be lower—it’s a tougher game from a distance. But if you’re ready to give it a shot, I’m here for it!

Can I use my training budget for your coaching?

Accepted Answer

Yes, surely! If you are lucky enough to have the possibility of your employer paying for career coaching, that's awesome! I am thrilled to offer my coaching services through your training budget.

Do note, however, that in corporate sponsorship cases, my pricing does adjust since companies have larger budgets (perks of capitalism as we know).

For The Game Changer Package, the investment is €1,490 instead of €1,210. This allows us (me, myself and I) to continue delivering top-tier coaching designed to help you excel in your career.

But then again, your mental health is priceless, innit?! (this was my British alterego)

My coaching sessions are all about helping you reconnect with yourself through a mix of body work, intuition, and self-discovery. We focus on getting back in touch with your gut feelings, understanding what your body says, and actually listening to it. During each session, you'll get to do things like visualization exercises and some writing for self-reflection. This cocktail approach makes your journey inspiring and transformative, giving you the tools to really get in tune with your mind and body.
